What We Do At 412 Friends of Zahal

From humble beginnings in 1976, 412 Friends of Zahal, has been bringing a delegation of eight wounded IDF veterans to Pittsburgh each year for two weeks providing them with a memorable and healing experience. Our community embraces the delegation. We open our homes, give of our time, money and emotional support to welcome wounded Israeli Defense Force veterans that selflessly gave themselves to protect the state of Israel. It's our small way of saying "Thank you for your service". 
The program has provided lifelong relationships between our veterans and our community.
